Why did the state send me a letter?
Common reasons are a new unemployment tax rate, a missing or late report, a payment that does not match the agency's records, or a former employee's unemployment claim. The scan tells you which kind yours is.
Is the deadline on the notice the real deadline?
It is the agency's date. Some agencies move a deadline that falls on a weekend or holiday; inside Kreto, the notice shows the day it moves to.
