How is a CPA firm priced?
By the employer clients you manage: Solo $149 a month for 3, Practice $399 for 10, Firm $899 for 25. Past 25 it is $29 per additional client a month, or Enterprise terms. Staff seats are unlimited on every tier.
Is there a free period?
Yes. Free for 90 days, no card. When you're ready to continue, we'll set up your plan with you.
What is the Design Partner offer?
The first 5 firms start free for 90 days, then keep their tier's price for 12 months. A firm that leaves takes its data.
Does Kreto file registrations for my clients?
Yes. Kreto works out which registrations each client's states require, files them from the employer's record once approved, and tracks each one to the state's confirmation.
Who signs a response to an agency?
Your firm. Kreto drafts the response with the evidence attached, on your letterhead. A person at the firm approves it, submits it and records the agency's confirmation in Kreto.
Which notices does Kreto check?
Rate notices are checked against the agency's 2026 schedule in 51 states, and Form 941 notices against your payroll in every state. Every other notice is read and its respond-by date tracked.
Which payroll providers work?
Any that can export a payroll register. Upload it as CSV or Excel; Kreto has a download guide for the common providers.
Do my clients get their own login?
If you want them to. By default the firm runs the client's file. You can invite a client to its own portal to upload documents, approve and see status.
Can Kreto hold our POAs?
Kreto sends signing links for Form 8821-family authorizations and lists them by client. It does not submit the form to the agency.
